Shipping carriers

All orders will be shipped through Australia Post™ and DHL couriers. 

How long before my item is posted?

All orders are shipped between 1-3 business days.

How long does my item take to get to me? (Domestic)​

Delivery times within Australia will vary depending on your location. Generally speaking, your parcel will arrive within 2-10 working days from date of dispatch.

How long does my item take to get to me? (International)

  • Your estimated arrival time will depend on where you live.

  • For international shipping we use either Australia Post, TNT or DHL couriers depending on the size and nature of your item.

  • Elena Rose Art cannot be held financially responsible for any additional local customs and duties on your order.

  • If an order is refused by destination country, by no fault of our own, we do not hold any financial responsibility for any additional shipping expenses or costs incurred as a result.

  • The purchaser holds responsibility for tracking the shipment. Failure to collect your shipment from a designated outlet may result in your parcel being returned to Elena Rose Art. In which circumstance, it is the financial responsibility of the purchaser to arrange shipping for the item.

Can you send my item through Express Post?

Yes! We now offer express shipping within Australia. We will do our best to ship your items as soon as possible and it should arrive within 1-3 business days from the date of postage.

How is my item sent?

All orders will be packed in padding packaging and shipped in a 100% compostable bag ♻️

International shipping costs:​

Please refer to the shipping section within the checkout. Please note, all import costs and local taxes are your responsibility.​

Returns

  • We do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind.

  • Refunds and exchanges will only be offered where the item ordered is faulty pre postage.

  • Returns are not available for items damaged in shipment.

  • Any issues with an order must be reported to us within 48hrs of receiving your parcel, with any returns to be finalised and posted back to us within 5 working days.
